Fan-Made Super Star Wars: Holiday Special now available on Amiga

Super Star Wars Holiday Special is a fan-made homebrew game for the SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis that pays homage to the iconic Super Star Wars series originally released for the Super Nintendo. However, this version is loosely inspired by the infamous Star Wars Holiday Special from 1978. Developed by earok using the Scorpion Engine, the game was initially created as a fun project in just 20 days. The great news is that the game is also available for the Commodore Amiga. In the game, Han Solo and Chewbacca are racing toward the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk to celebrate Life Day with their family and friends. However, the Millennium Falcon is intercepted by Imperial Forces, and the duo is imprisoned in a detention block. Upon receiving a distress call from Han and Chewie, Leia and C-3PO contact Luke Skywalker for help. Players take on the role of Luke Skywalker, tasked with infiltrating the Imperial stronghold, rescuing Han and Chewie, and ensuring Life Day celebrations can proceed.
