The X-Box was the first video game console offered by an American company after the Atari Jaguar stopped sales in 1996. It reached over 24 million units sold as of May 10, 2006. The first X-Box came with an 733 MHz x86 Intel Celeron/Pentium III Custom Hybrid CPU and 64 MB DDR SDRAM @ 200 MHz; in dual-channel 128-bit configuration giving 6400 MB/s.
