On May 8, 2019, Cloanto started a new lawsuit against Hyperion Entertainment CVBA. Cloanto sues Hyperion for trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lanham Act. Cloanto are currently seeking a default judgment against Hyperion Entertainment CVBA. Last week the court orderd Cloanto and Hyperion to write a short response informing the Court of the current status. Both companies have 2 weeks to respond.
