On May 8, 2019, Cloanto started a new lawsuit against Hyperion Entertainment CVBA. Cloanto sues Hyperion for trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lanham Act. Cloanto are currently seeking a default judgment against Hyperion Entertainment CVBA. Twitter User “Amiga Documents” reported that Hyperion Entertainment appointed a new US law firm for its defence against judicial actions by Cloanto and others.
