Hyperion Entertainment Released AmigaOS 3.1.4 in september 2018 and it was the biggest upgrade since AmigaOS 3.5 and 3.9. Originally intended as a bug-fix release, it also modernizes many system components previously upgraded in OS 3.9. Several developers of AmigaOS 3.2 announced new details of the upcoming AmigaOS 3.2 on EAB. The new OS will offer 50 new functions and the team is also working on a new NDK for AmigaOS 3.2. The new OS will include a new modern editor (TextEdit) with scrollwheel mouse support, improved and endless amount of undo redo history and much more. Another detail is that AmigaOS 3.2 will be primarily offered in some other type of media instead of floppy disks.
