A new MilkyTracker update for Commodore Amiga 68k has been released. MilkyTracker is a music sequencer and it represents music tracks as an arrangement of discrete musical notes positioned in one of several channels, at discrete chronological positions on a timeline. Sound trackers were born with the arrival of the Commodore Amiga. The Amiga mounted an audio coprocessor named Paula, which could be “programmed” by sending a module through DMA producing something similar to wavetable mixing. Future releases will support OctaMED .MED-file loading support and a MilkyPlayer based on MUI.
